Hello, my name is Gwen Cooper. I hunt aliens, that's right, aliens. I work for a secret organization called Torchwood, specifically Torchwood Three. Since then my life has been turned around, because before all this "excitement" if you can call it that, I was PC Cooper, working for Cardiff's finest. But that was my old life, and I don't miss it one bit. I have met many new people here and I wouldn't change anything.
I share second in command with Dr. Owen Harper, our medical officer, don't be fooled by his sarcasm and bitterness, he is really a nice man. I was sort of..pushed into that because our dashing hero/leader Captain Jack Harkness suddenly left one day. So Owen and I took charge. Today our fearless leader is back, thankfully. But the rest of the team include the ravishing Ianto Jones, best cup of coffee ever made, also the sweetest man on this planet. Then there is the suprememly intelligent Toshiko Sato, she could probably take over the world from a laptop.
Well enough of work, there I am still Gwen Cooper, but at home I am Gwen Williams. Yes. I am married to a wonderful man who understands my job and is always there for me no matter what. His name is Rhys, met him in Uni, will never forget the first time he made me laugh. Rhys the Runt!
Well that is enough about me, I have to get back to work.
By creating this journal I know I do not own Eve Myles or Gwen Cooper, they belong to RTD and BBC, I do not intend any infringement, this is just for fun.
